Hukuman 6 sebatan... for get drunk in public... Agree or not?

Ironically, the topic just revealed our believe... Conventional or Religioustic...

There are two group here... one defend the Conventional part which pretend to say that the act was exactly cruel..... n the other ones still hold within the religion side n say the judgement shall be continue....

So, in matter fact... after the issue ahli Umno cant reach the Heaven... so which side will u be in??...

i'm support religion side... of course we have to support religion side...
kalo ikut pada islam dorang dorang berpandukan pada qur'an dan sunnah...

haha... goshhh but the religion act not beyond those 6 sebatan n penjara... still mix up with conventional...

but "obscuris vera involvens"---the truth being enveloped by obscure things--- kita nak wat camne.. coz previously nik aziz blame UMNO for hell and heavenly act(hrmmm it suppose to be God job) n now Nik Aziz sokong ngan the act on Kartika.... still convetional not totally religoustic....

n our kerajaan lak still play with the ashes(any understanding... based on ur IQ... hahaha)

6 sebatan tu just conventional law...

But i'm totally not sure the real lawof Islamic.... either Hudud or Takzir.... there were a khilaf regarding the real act... If Hudud 40 sebatan... but if Takzir 80 sebatan


Hadis Nabi
كان يضرب في الخمر بالنعال والجريد أربعين
Ertinya : Sesungguhnya dipukul (sebat) bagi arak (peminum)
dengan kasut-kasut dan pelapah tamar sebanyak 40 kali (Riwayat Muslim)

Hadis Nabi :-
أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم : جلد في
الخمربالجريد والنعال , ثم جلد أبو بكر أربعين فلما كان عمر ودنا الناس من الريف
والقرى , قال : ما ترون في جلد الخمر؟ فقال عبدالرحمن بن عوف : أرى أن نجعلها كأخف
الحدود , فجلد عمر ثمانين
Ertinya : Sesungguhnya Nabi s.a.w merotan (sebat) dalam
kes arak dengan pelepah tamar dan sepatu, kemudian Abu Bakar ( di zaman
pemerintahannya) juga menyebat dengan 40 kali sebatan, di ketika pemerintahan
Umar, beliau meminta pandangan orang ramai dari kampong dan desa lalu berkata :
Apa pandangan kamu berkenaan sebatan bagi peminum arak?, lalu Abd Rahman Auf
berkata : Aku berpandangan kita menjadikannya hudud yang paling ringan (merujuk
kepada sebatan qazf),
maka Umar membuat keputusan untuk menyebat dengan 80 kali sebatan ( Riwayat
Muslim dan Abu Daud)
